Here’s how to get Through Long Lines During Storm Prep
Aloha Maui! Hurricane preparedness is important, and this storm season is estimated to be more active than normal. Things can get a little busy at the gas station during a hurricane watch, and Maui Oil Company is here with a few tips to help expedite your visit!

Select a Line
When first pulling in to the station you may be tempted to wait near the entrance before selecting a gas pump line. To help prevent confusion and traffic backup, just pull into any line (the one that looks shortest to you is a good bet). This helps keep things safe by preventing backed up traffic from spilling into the intersection, and keeps lines moving efficiently. Mahalo for showing aloha to your fellow drivers!

Gas Tank on the Opposite Side? Not a Problem.
Sometimes it can be hard to select a fuel line when you need to remember which side of your vehicle the gas tank is on. There’s no need to worry about this when visiting Maui Oil Company because our pump hoses are 14 feet long, more than enough to reach the other side of your car, so just pick the pump that’s near you! You don’t even have to worry about how close you pull up to the pump. There can be a lot on your mind when a storm arrives, but be sure to exercise care, as always, when pumping fuel.

E-receipts for maximum efficiency and security!
Have you ever had to wait for a printed receipt only to have the printer run out of paper? Maui Oil Company provides an e-receipt to avoid that sort of hassle. Signing up for e-receipts speeds up your station visit, and provides the added benefit of account security. For example, if a thief should place charges on your account, you’ll be instantly notified of the charge, and you can choose to be notified via email or text.

Maui Oil Company Respects our Island ʻOhana
During a storm, it’s important we all come together with the spirit of aloha. Issues such as price gouging are a serious problem during hurricane preparation. Maui Oil Company agrees it is wrong and illegal to take advantage of Maui’s families during a storm, or at any time! Our island ʻohana is our top priority, and as such you will always find our gas prices cheap and affordable.
